Ram Tac is a family owned construction training company based in Bolton Lancashire. Our aim is to help individuals and companies within construction, to up-skill, and professionalise their teams to meet the challenges of today’s needs for well trained and competent operatives, crafts persons, supervisors and managers. Recognition of these skills is often recognised by the award of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and a Health and Safety Test to obtain a CSCS card.
If you are an individual or a company who needs to be compliant for site or contract purposes then we can provide advice and guidance relating to developing company training plans, identify qualifications needed, and progression to higher levels. This is achieved by:
Onsite Assessment and Training (OSAT) targeted at those who are highly skilled with years of experience, but do not have the recognised qualifications for site.
On-Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) allows you the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications for the job, while you’re doing it. It’s all can done on-site, during normal working days, or at a time convenient to you – with little or no down time from the job. The advantage of the system is that the knowledge, skills and experience are used as evidence for your qualification.
NVQs are available through OSAT in nearly every trade, profession, and craft. Levels of competence are currently from operatives at level 2 to Senior management at level 7 – Our OSAT team will identify the one that’s most suitable to you.
We also can provide wide range of short courses and awareness sessions relating to Health and Safety in the workplace including: Abrasive wheels, Asbestos awareness, Manual handling.
