Ariadni in Greek Mythology
In Greek mythology, Ariadni was the daughter of Pasiphae and the Cretan king Minos.
Ariadni fell in love with the Athenian hero Theseus and with a thread or glittering jewels helped him escape the Labyrinth after he slew the Minotaur.
The Minataur was a legendary beast, half bull and half man that the Cretan King Minos kept in the Labyrinth.

"What a gem of a place. The food here is excellent. The service is second to none. I cannot recommend anywhere better in Kardamena. Try the pork tenderloin, lamb in a pot and beef fillet in pepper sauce and they come with superb veg and what I can only describe as a 3 times cooked roast potatoes."
