Bright Start CIC - The Start Of Your Recovery

Bright Start recognise that addiction isn’t just about alcohol and drugs, it’s about absence of self. The absence can be described as a hole in your soul. You can’t love or feel others when your empty inside.

Recovery peels back the painful layers and heals that hole through connection, honesty and hardwork. To love oneself is the beginning of a life time of recovery.

Here at Bright Start we all stand together in helping each person to achieve this by providing one of the very first fundamental aspects of a human need.... TO BELONG.
